• How to join EVA NDC?

  You can access EVA NDC products through our approved technology partners.

• Can private fares be booked through NDC？

  Yes, we will map your IATA number to the dedicated private fares in our backend system. 
  This ensures that you can access your Corporate Negotiated Fares directly during NDC bookings without the need to manually enter a corporate code.

• Can codeshare flights be booked through EVA NDC？

  Yes, EVA NDC provides the functionality to book codeshare flights.
  Currently, we support BR prime flight, BR codeshare flight and B7 international prime flight.

• Can Interline tickets be booked through NDC？

  Interline tickets cannot currently be booked through NDC.

• Can members of BR book redemption tickets through EVA NDC？

  In the future, BR members will be able to view exclusive offers tailored for members through EVA NDC, but they cannot book redemption tickets via NDC.

• How should I handle the flight disruption for the NDC Order?

  For rebooking:
  Contact the EVA Air Customer Service Center
  
  For involuntary refund:
  (1) For the applicable BSP Point of Sale: via BSP Link RA with the same form of payment of the original ticket
  (2) For Point of Sale in the US/SG/CN/PH: Contact EVA US/SG/CN/PH local office
  
  *Please note that eligibility and application detailed are subject to EVA provisions for flight cancellation and schedule change.

• Can I process an EMD refund within the NDC platform If the EMD is refundable and issued in an NDC Order?

  No, you cannot refund the EMD within NDC platform.
  
  If the EMD is refundable in accordance with EVA policy, you may proceed with the refund as follows:
  (1) For the applicable BSP Point of Sale: via BSPLink RA with the same form of payment of the original ticket
  (2) For Point of Sale in the US/SG/CN/PH: Contact EVA local office
  (Please note that seat selection fees are non-refundable except in the case of ticket refunds or involuntary changes.)

• Is it possible to waitlist or booking groups through NDC？

  Currently NDC does not support waitlisting or group booking.
